very very insightful and thought-provoking wisdom here. I had a tendency to avoid voicing out my opinions after people got offensive multiple times. Now that i think about it, it might just be my way of giving opinions are not the most deal way to invite open discussions.

Also agree so much on the point that without opinion, we would have no creative dialogue or problem solving.
