3 Steps Of Effective Stress Management
Everybody experiences stressful times, it’s normal. A proper amount of stress even has a positive impact on our life as it motivates us to work harder. That said, oftentimes, stress leads to negative emotions and unusual behaviours, which, if not managed properly, can cause damage to us and those surrounding us.
During this very uncertain time when a seemingly never-ending global pandemic is happening, many of us are going through big changes in our lives. It’s not just about working from home and not being able to travel, it’s about getting used to a new lifestyle that none of us is familiar with at all. Daily life drains our energy, this huge shift in our lives pushes us out of our comfort zone by force. Many of us are so occupied to deal with it and unavoidably become less alerted to stress and forget to manage them like how we did pre-pandemic. Hence, at this very special transitional time, we need to practice self-awareness to maintain a healthy state of mind such that we can adapt to the new norm as soon as possible.
